After the controversy that arose with the Vocational Training Technicians' body of teachers with the publication of Organic Law 3/2020, of December 29, which modifies Organic Law 2 / 2006, of May 3, Education (LOMLOE), ANPE MURCIA has analyzed the final text and has required the competent educational administrations to develop normatively the integration to which mention is made, but, at its own expense Once, it is guaranteed that teachers who cannot meet the new requirements are not forced to remain in a body to be extinguished. ANPE considers that they should be given the opportunity to integrate, like the rest of their colleagues, in the upper body and we demand some guaranteeing opposition for this group. In addition, the normative development of the law has another important challenge ahead: it has to guarantee the entry into the public function of the interim VET technical teachers that currently make up the lists, as well as their permanence in the same. One of the most worrying issues for this group is this issue of entry to the teaching function, and more specifically the upcoming 2021 competitive examinations whose offer of places for Technical Professors of Vocational Training (body 591) is 190 places spread over 14 specialties, among which stand out, administrative management processes (28), computer systems and applications (25), commercial processes (18) or Hairdressing with 14 places. ANPE requires the Ministry of Education and the Ministry to carry out the following competitions, which will be held (if the epidemiological situation allows it) between the months of June and July 2021, , with the current opposition system, regulated by Royal Decree 276/2007 on access, which approves the Regulation of entry, access and acquisition of new specialties in teaching bodies. As a new royal decree has not been developed and the public employment offer is approved and published, the next competitions must be developed within the current regulatory framework, which is the aforementioned RD 276/2007 and therefore those temporary teachers who have a qualification declared equivalent for teaching purposes that is marked by said RD, may apply.
For example, an intern in a hairdressing salon could present himself with the qualification of specialist hairdressing technician, or an opponent who wants to appear at Cocina y Pastelerķa could present himself with his title of t cynical specialist in hospitality. From ANPE, we had already been denouncing the situation of discrimination suffered by the group of Technical Professors of Vocational Training, since they were required for admission, in practice all of the specialties, the Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus the Master's degree in teacher training.
That is to say, the same requirements as to enter the body of secondary education teachers, where different specialties are also included with which modules of the training cycles are also taught. In the different meetings that we have been holding from ANPE with the different associations and platforms of technical teachers, we have maintained and defended that the solution should go through integration in the A1 civil service group and not, like others proposed, with the creation of an economic supplement, that it would be nothing but a patch that would not solve the problem of discrimination suffered and that would become even more evident at the time of the retirement of this teaching staff who would continue to belong to group A2.
