The objective is to reinforce this value among public employees and, for this, the School of Training and Innovation of Public Administration (EFIAP), attached to the Ministry of the Presidency and Finance, has training actions that are increasingly in demand within of its biennial training plan 2020-2021. Of these, the most taught is 'The application of equality policies in Public Administration', with six editions this year.

Four of these courses have already been completed, and the remaining two began simultaneously on September 28 and will conclude on November 6. This specific course seeks to sensitize staff to incorporate the gender perspective into public management.

To that end, the starting point is theoretical concepts on aspects such as gender stereotypes and roles, the digital divide based on sex or the division of labor by gender. In addition, students are also reminded of the main concepts of Law 7/2007, of April 4, for Equal Opportunities between women and men and protection against gender violence.

Likewise, the course offers notions to identify possible situations of gender violence and learn about the main care resources for women who are suffering from this problem. The Minister of the Presidency and Finance, Javier Celdrán, stressed that "this type of course adds individual change to the collective, modifies attitudes and encourages student participation with continuous discussion forums.

A very good news is that more and more participants, women and men are interested in this training.

" This learning allows the adaptation of the organization's culture to advocate and adopt equality in its daily performance, as one of its main values.

Thus, it is about ensuring that a public and ethical value as important as effective equality is projected in public management. Other courses The training actions of the specific equality program are aimed at the staff of the regional and local administrations of the Region, with a total of 282 hours of teaching for 352 students in the twelve courses of 2020.

Other examples of courses are those of 'Awareness in equality in nursery schools', 'Gender mainstreaming in public administrations',' Egalitarian masculinities and equality policies aimed at boys' or 'Non-sexist language and communication in public administrations'.
