| The Ministry opens the deadline to present proposals until October 28 | The Ministry of Education and Culture has opened the deadline for the presentation of Educational Innovation Projects for the 2020-2021 academic year, which has a budget of 120,000 euros, with a maximum of 1,500 euros for each project. The main objective of this call is to encourage the implementation of educational innovation projects and incorporate the improvements achieved into the daily practice of educational centers in the Region of Murcia, and is aimed at teachers who are currently active and who teach in non-existent centers.

The first prize is endowed with 2,000 euros and the second, with 1,000.
"The objective of these awards is that those outstanding centers can acquire educational material to continue with the corresponding projects during the following courses", according to the general director of Educational Planning and Human Resources, Víctor Marín. On the other hand, the call includes the extension for the development of the innovation projects for the 2019-2020 academic year that could not be carried out given the situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, upon request from the coordinator of the innovation project for the 2020 academic year.

The projects that are presented must have a previous analysis that detects the needs for educational innovation; a list of those didactic strategies to be implemented; the description of the role that each member of the educational community involved will play; a calendar of action; the dissemination strategies of the work carried out and an evaluation of the development of the innovation proposal.
