The objective has been to try to establish a communication channel that allows for the adoption of always coordinated measures in prevention within the centers for the elderly, so that they are sufficiently prepared to face this changing scenario that is developing the numbers of infections. During the meeting, the vice president collected the suggestions from the nursing home directors and will take them to the next covid monitoring commission, since, she recalled, "people who are in nursing homes, whether they are elderly or workers, are those that have suffered the most from the health alert, hence the importance of going hand in hand with their representatives, sharing all the knowledge that we have at our disposal to face the virus in their facilities with the maximum guarantees ". Likewise, the associations "have taken our request to remind the staff of the centers of the importance of preventive measures to try to prevent the virus from entering the residences," he explained. Both parties agreed to highlight and positively value the effort that is being made and that is now allowing all residences in the Region of Murcia to be free of coronavirus.
