| The Assembly's table does not admit the manager's request to dissolve the group | The Board of the Regional Assembly has not admitted the procedure and leaves without effect the measures required by the president of the VOX Manager in Murcia and the national deputy Luis Gestoso.
The measures, presented last Thursday, ordered the dissolution of the VOX Parliamentary Group.
Article 28 of the Regulation establishes the strict cases in which a parliamentary group can be dissolved and the Bureau has understood that none of those requirements is met, as this Parliamentary Group had been holding.
The Assembly ratifies in this way the correction and the absolute subjection to the legality of the behavior of the deputies of this group.Deputies Campuzano, Salvador, Carrera and Liarte will therefore retain the parliamentary group and its corresponding spokesperson, as well as the post of First Secretary of the Assembly Table.Submission to the rule of law, rigor, study and serious work before the outburst and haste are hallmarks of the performance of this Parliamentary Group.
During this time in the legislature, the four democratically elected deputies have worked intensively for and for Murcia, without any other interest.
This parliamentary group does not understand any other way to serve the Region of Murcia in particular, and Spain in general.
Only in this way, VOX will remain a serious government option.
