Questions of the Municipal Group of the United Left-Greens Councillor Staff on: "Possible incompatibility of Personal Service Hall"
This Municipal Group we are getting complaints about possible unfair competition that may be exercised for some staff of the Department of Urban and unauthorized activities by the plenary on incompatibility.
By prudence and legality (especially in times of crisis we are) the personnel working for the City Council should refrain from activities that may interfere with the affairs of companies and individuals, or "target" certain contracts to businesses, professionals and various companies.
You, as Councilman Personal delegated by the Mayor, who is responsible for the legal premise is fulfilled in its entirety.
Councilman undersigned, in accordance with the Rules of Organization and Operation of the city of Totana, in exercise of my duties as a representative of the residents, exercising control work to the work of the Municipal Government, I kindly ask you, to you or to councilor or councilor competent in the matter, the following questions for your answer in Parliament or in writing, within the time and manner prescribed by Chapter III and sections 106 and following of ROF:
1. Have a written warning and municipal technical staff required to comply with the Law on Conflicts in the development of its public service and not offer services or "guide" where they can hire?
2. Can you provide a list of local staff who are developing a business or non-declared, which may interfere with or injure professionals or companies who pay their taxes to the City and comply with the law?
