Two young journalism students, Jeanette Conessa and Blanca Pérez de Tudela, present their documentary "La Cárcel vieja habla: Presos de la memoria" in Totana.
The documentary is the Final Work of these two promises of journalism.
The two young people present a building as emblematic in our region as it is the old prison in Murcia.
After overcoming the official obstacles to make the first visit, and thanks to the help of University professors, they managed to access the center and graphically document the state in which it is currently located, after having served to repress many whose only crime was to think differently. or have helped sustain a democratic regime.
The documentary contains several interviews to some of the few remaining survivors of that time in which they relate their terrible experiences.
One hour of projection that will be complemented with a sharing in which we will know first of all the many difficulties that have involved taking certain issues that for some are still taboo.
