RESULTS END OF WEEK CLUB TOTANA TM.

Intense weekend of the Totana TM club in which the five teams that compete in their respective leagues have had league days.

Also on Sunday 18 and Monday 19 was played in the CAR Infanta Cristina de Los Narejos the I Autonomous Open of the season for the absolute categories and for children, youth and veterans with broad participation totanera.

2nd NATIONAL.

VICTORIA DEL TOTANA PROMISES AND DEFEATS OF TOTANA TM.

GROUP 8: SIERRA CARRASCOY 2 - TOTANA PROMESAS 4.

Important victory of the Totana Promises in the group 8 of the 2nd National that serves to continue in the top of the classification and aspire to the promotion of category.

Domingo Jr. began with José María Ortíz.

Safe and effective totanero won 0-3 getting the first point of the match.

The second point was for the locals.

Domingo Méndez was overwhelmed by Victor Sanchez more aggressive and successful in a good game.

Santiago and Enrique Limontan had to reach the fifth game.

The local player was put 2-1 but the totanero reacted well and managed to overcome with aggressiveness what put the 1-2 in the overall score.

Domingo Jr. won his point again.

Victor Sánchez started a game but the totanero again showed solid and secure and won 1-3.

Santiago and José María Ortiz played a good game.

Again it was the local player who was ahead 2-1 but again Santiago knew how to react and thus close the game by putting the overall score at 1-4.

The last point at stake was for the locals.

Domingo Méndez was overcome this time by Enrique Limonta with what the meeting ended with the final 2-4.

NEXT DAY.

Next Sunday the 25th Totana Promesas will face the CTM Aspe in the Manolo Ibáñez Pavilion at 10.30.

The totaneros with the obligation to win the Aspe team that runs last classified but has now recovered all their injured and is improving their results.

Neither Pedro M. Ruíz, nor Julián Méndez, nor Pedro Montes managed to score against the Granada team that played away from the relegation zone.

On the contrary the totaneros burned their last cartridges to continue aspiring to the phase of ascent.

Julio García, Manolo García and Jose Luís Sánchez won 6-0 and almost achieved the permanence in a mathematical way.

Julio won to Julian 3-0, Manolo García to Pedro M. Ruíz and José Luís Sánchez to Pedro Montes.

Pedro 1-2 came forward but finally Julio Garcia with luck and success managed to force the fifth game and then win it.

José Luís Sánchez overcame Julián (5-0) and finally Manolo García, again in the fifth game, Pedro Montes which was 6-0.

It was played better in Mijas but it failed in the key moments and the points were falling from the local side.

The first three points escaped in the fifth game.

Pedro M. Ruíz with Daniel Fernández, Julián Méndez with Alberto Gil and Pedro Montes with Pablo Vigo.

After Pedro M. cut distances to win Alberto Gil 1-3 but Pedro Montes was overtaken by Daniel Fernandez and Julián by Pablo Vigo so the overall score was 5-1 for the locals.

The Mijas team in this way almost assures their participation in the promotion phase by putting land in the middle with the Totana TM also exceeding the particular average.

NEXT DAY.

Next weekend the Totana TM will have their match at home against Tecnigen Linares.

The match will be on Saturday 24 at 11 am at the Manolo Ibáñez Pavilion.

3rd NATIONAL.

VICTORY AT HOME.

TOTANA B 4 --- BEST HOUSE CALASPARRA 2.

Victory of Totana B who played with the usual Mariano Tudela, Alejandro López and Gabriel Sánchez.

Pedro García, Francisco Marín and Raúl Martínez played for the Calasparra team.

Mariano started well.

Getting good and with good game beat Pedro Garcia 3-0.

Match closely matched the next between Gabriel and Marin which was decided 14-16 for the visiting player.

Alejandro beat Raúl and put Totana B ahead again.

Gabriel again ran out of points.

Pedro Garcia, more plugged and aggressive managed to prevail 1-3 and again equal the overall score.

Mariano scored again beating Raul what was 3-2 in the general.

Good game from Alejandro to close the match.

With tight markers but achieved the 3-0 against Marin thus getting the final 4-2.

NEXT DAY.

On the next day of the 3rd National Totana B will have its match against the ATM team La Nave Puente Bacons.

The meeting will be on Sunday 25 at 10 am at the La Nave Youth Center.

DEFEAT IN MURCIA.

MURCIA PROMESAS 4 - CLUB TOTANA 2 SCHOOL.

They played for the local team Gozina, Silvia Ballesteros and Elena Olmedo who beat Julián Cerón, Abraham López and Cayetano Rodríguez.

The points of the totanero team were achieved by Cerón and by Cayetano (one each) while Gozina won his two points and Silvia and Elena one which meant the final 4-2.

NEXT DAY OF AUTONOMIC DH.

Next Saturday, the Escuela Totana School team will have its home match on Saturday the 24th at 5:00 pm against the branch of El Palmar el Círculo Cultural.

1st AUTONOMY.

TWO DEFEATS OF ESUCELA CLUB TOTANA B.

The fifth team of the club with the youngest moved to Bacons Bridge where the 3rd concentration was held in which two days were played.

Cesar Tejedor, Adrián Ruíz, Víctor Vélez and Alex Martínez continue with their participation in this league in which they enter federated competition for the first time.

They won two defeats in their two games but continue with their progression.

NEXT DAY IN YOUTH SPACE THE BRIDGE SHIP TOCUTS.

The next concentration in which two other days will be played will not be until Saturday April 14 and will play again at the facilities of Young Space La Nave de Puente Tocinos.

RESULTS I AUTONOMOUS OPEN.

ABSOLUTE, CHILDREN, YOUTH AND VETERAN.

On Sunday 18, the 1st Autonomic Open for the Absolute category was held in the CAR of Los Alcázares.

The totanera representation was formed by 7 players of which 5 managed to overcome the 1st phase.

Julián Méndez, Mariano Tudela, Gabriel Sánchez and the twins Santiago and Domingo.

They passed the first court and Julián, Mariano, Santiago and Domingo Jr. made it to eighths and then the one that came further was Domingo Jr., who reached the quarterfinals where he was eliminated.

IN CHILDREN, YOUTH AND VETERANS.

PODIUM TOTANEROS.

On Monday the 19th, the categories for children, youth and veterans were disputed.

In the children's category Abraham was left in the first phase and then he was 2nd in the consolation.

For his part Gabriel, in a category superior to his, reached the final where he could not overcome his rival with what was runner-up.

In the juvenile category very good performance of the twins.

They passed the first court and with good games they reached the semifinal where they had to face each other.

Domingo was the one who reached the final where he lost with Javier Valero from Cartagena, who became champion.

In the game for third and fourth place Santiago won another totanero, Juan Pedro Sánchez now in the ranks of UCAM Cartagena.

In veterans two other podium for players of the Totana club.

Domingo Méndez with good game was champion winning the last game to Francisco Marín de Calasparra who surprised getting into the final.

Pedro Miguel Ruíz also reached the podium achieving third place against Eugenio Sandoval de Murcia.
