The works of the Fourth Literary Contest "Morerica Galán" of Totana, in the modalities of story and poetry, can be presented before Friday, March 23 at the Municipal Library "Mateo García" of this town, within the activities programmed with motive of the Day of the Book.
This year the contest deals with the theme "Dialogue";
and the jury will be composed of the Councilor for Culture, Eulalia Moreno, Morerica Galán, Katy Parra and technical staff of the library;
which will assess the absence of spelling mistakes, the correct punctuation, creativity and originality of the texts.
In addition, the contest is set in the modalities of story (for school children of 4 °, 5 ° and 6 ° of Primary Education and 1 ° and 2 ° of the ESO with a maximum extension of three folios-);
and poetry (for school children of 4th, 5th and 6th grade of Primary Education and 1st and 2nd of ESO with an extension of ten verses-lines at least and thirty at most-).
The prizes will be given for the program of activities of the Week of the Day of the Book and there will be three prizes for Primary Education and another three for Secondary Education, in each one of the categories;
so that school materials bonds will be delivered.
The works will be presented without putting the name of the author;
and within the envelope containing the work, another smaller envelope will be enclosed with the contestant's information (name and surnames, age, telephone number, course and educational center to which it belongs).
