The Local Basketball Phase of School Sports ended last Friday, January 26, organized by the Department of Sports, and has the participation in this course of 417 schoolchildren from different schools in the town, belonging to the categories benjamin , alevín, infantil and cadet.
The competition takes place every Friday, both in the School Room and in the Sports Pavilion "Manolo Ibáñez", between 4 pm and 6 pm, and it is scheduled for completion in April, with the celebration of the finals and delivery of trophies to the three best teams classified in each of the categories, the champion team also having the opportunity to participate in the Intermunicipal Phase of School Sports, organized by the General Directorate of Sports of the Region of Murcia.
