The TUP, about information files on the table from the previous term, believes that they need clarification, "especially to prevent neglect and dereliction of duties and to ensure that crimes do not prescribe possible."

From the TUP, it requires these records be expedited and resolved to dispel any doubts about the current policy makers "as it would be inconsistent and illegal protect possible cases under what is labeled as a guideline from the central executive".
And, in the inaugural address, Pedro Sanchez (PSOE) referred to measures to prevent corruption in the public sector (civil servants and public officials), including a tightening of conflicts of interest and incompatibilities.
