On December 9, the spokesperson of the Municipal Socialist Group, Isabel Molino, traveled to the doors of the Totana Norte Health Center to denounce the situation in which the municipality's Health centers were, with months in Red Level and tough restrictions on health care, causing significant damage to our neighbors.
In addition, the socialist spokesperson demanded the reopening of the Doctor's Office of the largest pedan of the municipality, which has remained closed since the beginning of this pandemic, thus reducing public health and generating important complications to the neighbors of said district.
At the same time, the Municipal Socialist Group, dated December 11, registered a motion for the plenary session that is being developed today, Wednesday, December 30, in order to solve this problem Ethics as soon as possible.
As of today, we have managed to move the municipality's Health Centers from Red to Orange Level, thus making some of the measures more flexible, but there is still much to do to achieve total normality in health care .
That is why the Socialist Group presented for debate to today's plenary session, the following points for approval: Urge the Ministry of Health of the Region of Murcia to reestablish activity in the municipality's Health Centers as normally as possible, within the circumstances of the pandemic, through contracting and / or redistribution of the necessary human resources.
Urge the Totana City Council and the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia to carry out the immediate adaptation and reopening of the medical office of the district of El Paret n-Cantareros.
