| Applications can be submitted as of February 22 | The process for families and students from the Region of Murcia to apply for a place in an educational center will run from February 22 to March 18 The Ministry of Education and Culture has already published the admission calendar of students in Early Childhood and Primary Education, Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) and Baccalaureate for the 2021/2022 academic year, whose applications may be n present from February 22, as communicated to the Education Department of the Totana City Council. According to the Official Gazette of the Murcia Region (BORM), the process for families and students to apply for a place in an educational center for the next academic year will run until March 18, period in which families can present the application forms in the center of their preference or through the website of Electronic Administration of the Autonomous Community, both for Infant, Primary, Secondary and Baccalaureate.
When they choose to present their application in the educational centers, it must be done by appointment from February 22. The official publication is almost two months ahead of the usual date, which is usually February 14, thus guaranteeing that the Autonomous Community will be governed in the 2021/2022 academic year by the current educational law and not by the LOMLOE , which is expected to be approved next week. Calendar for the different educational stages The calendar for submitting student admission applications is common in the three educational stages, but varies from then on. Thus, in the first cycle of Early Childhood Education (0-3 years), the publication of the lists of the scale and of the provisional award will take place on May 19, while on June 10 They will know the definitive ones, and the registration period will open from that day until June 17. On the other hand, on May 26 the provisional lists will be published and on June 16 the definitive ones of the students of the second cycle of Early Childhood and Primary Education, whose enrollment period will be from 16 to 23 of June. Finally, the provisional list of students admitted to ESO and Baccalaureate will be known on June 3 and the final one on July 2.
From that date, and until July 7, the enrollment period will remain open. The draw to choose the letters that will settle the cases of ties in the admission scale will take place on January 13, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of the Ministry of Education and Culture.
