| A total of 18 commercial establishments from Totana have participated in the sixth edition of the contest | Pasteler a El Sereno, Florister a Riquelme and Mundo Piņata have won, in this order, the VI Christmas Shop Windows Contest, organized by the Department of Culture, in order to promote the creativity of merchants to the time to present their establishments and products during these Christmas festivities.In addition, this municipal department has also granted on this occasion an acc sit of 75 euros to the establishments Peluquer a Por los Pelos, La Despensa de Lu sy Fashions Euphoria. This year the number of prizes had been expanded as well as the amount of each of them; establishing the following prizes: 1st prize of 300 euros, 2nd prize of 200 euros, 3rd prize of 150 euros and three acc sits for the amount indicated each. The Councilor for Culture, Ver nica Carricondo, has delivered the recognition to the winners and accesits that this year collected the new bases of the contest, with more substantial prizes than in previous editions. The initiative aims to contribute to creating a special festive atmosphere, on such special dates, in the streets of the municipality, despite the difficult circumstances of the context due to the pandemic that is causing so much damage to the commerce and hospitality sectors.
