The latter with the peculiarity that the victim was resting in a central municipal park, when the assailant took advantage of her vulnerability to violently steal her bag, which caused it to fall to the ground.

As a consequence of the violence used, the victim required medical assistance. The Civil Guard analyzed all the evidence obtained during the investigation, as well as the statements of possible witnesses that allowed the investigations to be focused on several individuals in the area, whose physical characteristics were similar to those described by the victims and who, in addition, had prior for similar crimes committed in the same municipality. In an exhaustive manner, the investigators discarded each of the suspects until they discriminated against two of them who, finally, were recognized without any doubt by the victims.
