", being the interruption of the transit of a livestock road is a very serious offense, as established in Article 21.1 of the Law.ACUDE has requested in its complaint that the competent Administration act against whoever has proceeded to usurp and cut off the "Purgatory Laundry", imposing the sanctions established by current regulations; Likewise, it requests that this Administration, ex officio, re-leave the passage through the usurped livestock route free as soon as possible, proceeding to cut the padlock and remove the door in place. As it did before the Totana City Council, ACUDE has denounced before the Ministry of Water, Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Environment, the placement of two gates on the private rural road for public use "Camino de las Casas de la Pelá" , which extends to the Regional Park linking with the La Carrasca road, which limits the free passage of people and wildlife, and the placement in them of Canadian crossings that prevent the free movement of wildlife, and that are causing the drowning of small animals such as reptiles and birds since they do not have the corresponding drains.

Likewise, they prevent the passage of domestic animals, with the damage that this entails.

In its day, the Totana City Council opened a sanctioning file for the same events, they recall from ACUDE.Likewise, ACUDE has also denounced before the same Ministry that, next to the aforementioned road, the Barranco de Enmedio, head of the Rambla de Lebor, has been fenced off, presumably the same owner who has placed the Canadian gates and steps, preventing the free passage of fauna and people, being able to produce this fence barrier effect in case of heavy rainfall or floods. For all these reasons, ACUDE hopes that the regional Administration will act quickly, since the denounced events are causing damage to fauna, hikers, cyclists and nature lovers who come to visit that area and the Sierra Espuña Regional Park .
