The Governing Board has approved a few weeks ago to start the process to contract the new Public Building Surveillance Service of the Totana City Council by means of an alarm device, through the simplified procedure several award criteria.In addition, the green light has been given to the list of administrative clauses drawn up by the Secretary General, which shall govern the bidding and awarding of this contract.This measure is addressed by considering that it is necessary to protect public buildings from possible acts of vandalism and incidents that may be carried out; since most of the existing alarms are obsolete.The Totana City Council does not have the human or material resources to meet this need or the possibility of increasing the resources at its disposal due to the economic and budgetary limitations of the Consistory.
