”The representatives of both organizations expressed their gratitude for this act to the Regulatory Council, and were predisposed to promote the consumption of this product with Protected Designation of Origin so emblematic of the Region of Murcia and of course of Totana .Finally, the President wanted to clarify that only the paprika that is protected and with the DOP seal has the guarantee of being produced, dried, ground and packaged in Murcia, in addition to having a quality guaranteed by audits, physical-chemical and the organoleptic panels to which it is routinely subjected.
