The Mayor's Office has raised a motion for debate in the ordinary plenary session corresponding to the month of June in which it is proposed to declare January 7 (Thursday) and December 10 (Friday) of the year 2021 as non-working days for labor purposes in the municipality of Totana.The General Directorate of Labor has recently requested the Totana City Council to propose the list of local festivities in the municipality of Totana for the year 2021, since each year must be approved by resolution by this body and published in the Official Gazette of the Murcia region.
The Ministry of Employment, Research and Universities is competent to publish the calendar of business days for work purposes.The proposal formulated by the Plenum of the City Council of the two local festivals for the next year 2021 should not coincide with Sunday or with national or regional labor parties; and they must be sent to the General Directorate of Labor before July 15, since it is only possible to celebrate local festivals if they appear in the Resolution that this body will publish in BORM.The Autonomous Community has communicated to this City Council the 12 business days for labor purposes that will take place throughout the Region in 2021.
