The 25 offices of the Regional Employment and Training Service (SEF) of the Region, including Totana, will reopen their doors on Monday, June 15, although exclusively by appointment and for procedures that can only be resolved in person.
. In the face of this restart of activity with normal hours (from 9:00 a.m.
to 2:00 p.m.), the SEF has implemented all the sanitary, hygienic and distancing measures determined by the Community Coordination Occupational Risk Prevention Service.In addition, the SEF has sent to all those responsible for the employment offices a protocol of action in the care of job users, which includes indications for access and transit in the offices in the face of restrictions on gauging of public premises.
The protocol also establishes priority cases for an appointment in person.
With this partial reopening, the SEF joins other departments of the Community that have already reactivated face-to-face care.The SEPE offices remain closed to the public, although many of them are located in physical spaces shared with SEF offices.
Therefore, this reopening is limited exclusively to the SEF and its powers, outside the payment of benefits and the minimum insertion income.
In no case will the SEF give an in-person appointment to address aspects related to unemployment benefits.Ways to request an appointmentThe prior appointment for face-to-face care can be requested by telephoning the corresponding Employment Office or through the online form available on the SEF website.
Once the citizen communicates the management to be resolved, the SEF will analyze whether the resolution is viable by telematic means, and if so, it will be attended to by those channels.
In this way, it will be avoided whenever possible that the user comes to the Office.
