| It represents an advance in terms of activities and number of people who can participate in them | The municipality of Totana enters Monday, June 1, in phase 2 of the coronavirus de-escalation, along with the rest of the municipalities of the Region of Murcia, as confirmed by the Ministry of Health last week.The new phase represents progress in terms of the activities that can be carried out and the number of people who can participate in them; but maintaining the obligation of the use of masks in interior and exterior public spaces in which it is not possible to maintain the safety distance of two meters, and the recommendation to take extreme hygiene measures, washing hands and observing a certain social distancing.Thus, starting today, Monday, meetings with friends and family will be allowed in public and private spaces, increasing their number from 10 to 15 people.You can also take walks and practice sports in any time slot except from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 19:00 to 20:00, which will be reserved for those over 70 years of age.Traffic and stay on the beaches will also be allowed, even in groups that cannot be more than 15 people.

Another important novelty is the opening of shopping centers, with a capacity limited to 40 percent and keeping their common areas closed.Bars and restaurants will operate at 50 percent of their capacity inside their premises and only table service will be offered.

Regarding cinemas, theaters and concert halls, they will be able to resume their activity but with a maximum influx of one third of their capacity.Hotels and tourist accommodation will open their common areas, but also with a limitation of 33 percent of their capacity.

In the case of churches and places of worship, the entrance will be expanded to 50 percent of its capacity.Finally, weddings can be held with a number of attendees limited to 100 people in outdoor spaces and 15 indoors.

In the case of burials and funerals, attendance will be limited to 25 people outdoors and 15 in closed spaces.The mayor, Juan José Cánovas, thanked the various Public Administrations for their commitment and collaboration during the management of the epidemiological outbreak; and urges them to continue working through coordinated guidelines and joint actions in this crisis; and it has warned that the guard must not be lowered and work must continue in a coordinated manner to avoid these outbreaks.
