The Department of Economic Development, Promotion and Employment and Industry of the City of Totana will launch from the Local Development Center, located in the "El Saladar" industrial estate of Totana, the course "" Auxiliary Operations of Administrative and General Services ", with a total of 430 hours, of which 40 are internships in companies. Classes are scheduled to begin during the second half of June and will have morning hours.
The course is structured in four independent modules, whose contents are:First module: Basic administrative office techniques (150 hours).Second module: Basic communication operations (120 hours).Third module: Playback and archive (120 hours).Fourth module: Non-professional professional practices module (40 hours).This training action is aimed at the unemployed in general and motivated to work on issues related to the professional family of Administration and Management.Once trained, these people will be seen as professionals who will be able to carry out their professional activity in any company or entity in the private or public sector, mainly in offices, offices or administration or general services departments.They will be able to occupy jobs such as: Telephone exchange operators, Teleoperators, Receptionists-telephone operators in offices, in general, Post office clerks, Mail sorters-distributors, Ordinances and Lockers .The course, which is free, has been granted to the Totana City Council by the Employment and Training Service of the Region of Murcia (SEF), also having the co-financing of the European Social Fund (ESF), and amounting to 25,740.
