The Municipal Socialist Group together with the councilor of the Civil Platform "Now Totana" request the Mayor to immediately call an extraordinary plenary session to take stock of the impact of the Covid-19 health crisis in the municipality, and to take urgent measures to reactivate it economic and aid to the productive sectors of the municipality, small businesses, hotels, SMEs, among others. For this, we consider it necessary to create urgent work commissions that generate broad political consensus, and in the economic sectors.

"We ask the Mayor for generosity to promote a climate of pact and understanding between all, since no one can win this battle alone." The signing councilors propose that the economic remuneration for attending this plenary session not be received and be used to alleviate the consequences of the crisis caused by the Covid-19 in the most affected sectors of the municipality, or, failing that, to do so through donations. The Socialist Group and the Civil Platform "Now Totana" request an extraordinary plenary session on the impact that the health crisis of Covid-19 has caused in Totana, "we need to evaluate and analyze what has happened, to set action plans, wherever it is collected what has worked and improve and rectify possible errors ”.In this sense, we consider that from the union of all the political formations and the implication of the affected sectors, we have to urgently take measures in all areas, from the economic to the social or the cultural, aimed at mitigating the effects of this sanitary crisis, to reactivate the economy of the municipality without neglecting and guaranteeing social assistance to all the neighbors who need it.With this commitment, the Socialist Group presented in recent days, a package with more than 70 measures that cover all sectors of the municipality, as a starting point to seek shared solutions among all to recover the future of the municipality.

Likewise, the Civil Platform "Now Totana" has done the same with its own proposal document.
