Exceptions are established for convenience stores at gas stations, pharmacies, bakeries, takeaways and newspapers

A correction of the Regional Goberment of Enterprise, Industry and Spokesperson of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia published in the BORM limits the opening of Sundays and holidays to commercial establishments included in areas of high tourist influx and, throughout the Region to small-scale retail establishments that have a useful surface for exhibition and sale to the public of less than 300 square meters, which may not remain open to the public until the end of the state of alarm decreed by the Government, except for convenience stores in service stations, pharmaceutical establishments, bakery and takeaway and press establishments.

In any case, in the exceptions in which the opening is allowed, the protection measures and instructions indicated by the Ministry of Health must be observed in order to avoid the spread of COVID-19.

It is also established that the daily closure of commercial establishments that are allowed to open in accordance with the Royal Decree that regulates the state of alarm, is until 20:00PM recommending closure until 19:00 PM

These measures may be modified over time if necessary, reporting to the most representative associations and organizations in the sector, as well as to the Regional Trade Advisory Council in the shortest possible time.
