The Local Government Board has agreed to contract the project to improve the means of dissemination and consolidation of prehistoric architectural structures at the La Bastida archaeological site, as well as to process the referred contract through a negotiated procedure without advertising.
It has also approved the specifications of administrative clauses, drafted and signed by the Secretary General, which appears in the file and that will govern the bidding and award of this contract.
The agreement is established as the contract is based on priority objectives such as the recovery and preservation of the archaeological heritage of the Archaeological site of La Bastida;
and given the impossibility of undertaking the aforementioned project with municipal means, due to the insufficiency of material and human resources that currently exist in the Consistory totanero.
