The Local Government Board has recently approved the proposal of the Mayor's Office to initiate the file for the realization of a special administrative contract on the assistance of demolition of pavements, excavations and land fillings and restitution of pavements - with the exception of hot bituminous mixture - for the Municipal Water Service of Totana.
In the same proposal, it has been agreed to order the issuance of the intervention and prior inspection reports by the accidental intervener in which the existence of adequate and sufficient credit for the coverage of the corresponding expense is established;
as well as the legal of the secretary general in which it is verified, among other aspects, the applicable legislation, modality of contracting, etc.
This proposal has been established in view of the request of the Councilor for Municipal Water Service, Pedro José Sánchez, justifying the need to hire such service, as the City Council does not have the necessary material and human resources to carry out this assistance nor is it possible to expansion due to budgetary and economic limitations to which this municipal entity is subject.
