The Totanera youth organizes a meeting to talk about education, which will revolve around the controversial measure of the "Parental Pin"

A colloquium will be held next Friday, January 24, organized by the Totana Youth Platform in collaboration with the IES Prado Mayor and FEMAE Student Association, to talk about education, on the occasion of the celebration, on the same day, of the International Education Day

The meeting will take place in the José María Munuera y Abadía Space from 7:00 p.m.

and will revolve around the controversial educational proposal of the Vox political party, and backed by other formations of the regional Assembly, called “Parental Pin”.

With this measure, they intend to "guarantee the right of parents to decide on the formation of their children", an issue that has alleviated the complaints and protests of not only the rest of parliamentary formations, but of more than a hundred associations that They have signed a manifesto against them.

From the Youth Platform they affirm that they consider it important to create participatory spaces in which most of the social sensitivities are present.

The event will include the participation of student representatives, teachers and fathers and mothers, as well as experts and scholars from the world of education and pedagogy.

Youth training encourages Totanera society, in general, but the educational community of the municipality, in particular, to attend and participate in what will be a dynamic and enjoyable meeting on an essential issue for any society and of which very little is Talk in the media, education.
