The Local Government Board has recently approved the proposal of the Mayor's Office to initiate the file that allows hiring the Service of Notification and Communications, Office Assistant and Concierge of the City of Totana.
In the proposal it has been agreed to order the issuance of the Municipal Intervention reports on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit to meet the expense and on the most appropriate modality for this contracting.
Likewise, it has been requested to prepare the report of the secretary general on the applicable legislation, the contracting modality that must be followed and if there is, in firm, the physical and legal elements necessary for the normal execution of this contract.
This entails the drafting by the Contracting Bureau of the corresponding legal document and by the municipal technicians of the technical specifications document that will govern the contract and the adjudication process.
This proposal is promoted by considering that the City Council of Totana needs to provide the Concierge Service in schools and municipal premises, notifications of municipal documents and others;
and given that the Consistory lacks the human resources to execute them and there is budgetary limitation under current legislation, there is no need to expand the municipal workforce.
