The Plenary Session of the City Council of Totana unanimously approved, at its last ordinary session, initially, the proposal of the Mayor's Office on the draft of the Municipal Ordinance Regulating the Ambulant Sale or non-Senderista in the municipality of Totana.
The Consistory totanero develops this Municipal Ordinance under the Regulatory Law of the Bases of Local Regime for the management of their interests in the scope of their competences, in this case, promoting all kinds of activities and providing how many services contribute to meet the needs and aspirations of the neighborhood community.
It also does so on the Law of Ambulatory or Non-Sedentary Sale of the Region of Murcia, in accordance with the regulatory legislation of Retail Trade and other regulations applicable in this autonomous community.
The approval of the Municipal Ordinance is in accordance with the preparation and reception of the project for its initial approval by the Municipal Plenary, previous opinion of the Informative Commission of the Treasury and Internal Regime, and after opening a period of public information for a minimum term of 30 days.
The initial approval notice will be published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) and on the City Hall notice board;
as well as in the corporate web portal corresponding to the electronic headquarters section.
Once again, the file will be submitted to the Plenary, once the previous procedure has been completed in case there are allegations to the initial proposal, for its answer and for the definitive approval of the Municipal Ordinance.
