The Local Government Board has approved to initiate the file for the contracting of the Professional Services and Legal Defense of the City of Totana, by means of an open procedure and following several award criteria.
In addition, it has been agreed to approve the list of administrative clauses, committing the Consistory to include this expense in the budget for the year 2020.
This procedure is carried out considering that the City Council lacks lawyers in its workforce, and since there are numerous files in the Courts and Tribunals, making it necessary to strengthen the legal assistance and procedural representation of the contentious-administrative, criminal and social orders;
as well as the issuance of legal reports for the different administrative files.
