The Local Government Board has approved the proposal of the Councilor for Sports, Agustín Gonzalo Martínez, to make effective the collaboration agreement with the sports clubs and associations of Totana for the use of municipal sports facilities.
This action is materialized in view of the collaboration that the City Council has been carrying out for years with these sports entities for the organization of sports events and the development of sports and federated schools that are held in the municipality.
The City Council may at the disposal of each club the infrastructure requested for the development of its activities, under the coordination and supervision, in terms of schedules and days of use, by the Department of Sports.
This availability has to be shared with other sports associations, so that the Department will preferably have the facilities, trying not to interfere with the activity of the club.
The Consistory will collaborate with the club in the development of activities and events organized by providing all available resources;
and after requesting it with a minimum period of 30 days. For their part, the clubs must collaborate in the organization of the School Sports program and events organized by the Department itself (chess, table tennis, petanque, orientation, badminton, etc.) ;
take care and ensure the perfect use of the material used;
and respect the opening and closing hours of the infrastructure, among others.
