The City of Totana is taking the steps to work on training and employment projects for the integration of people with different abilities, an initiative that will be developed under a collaboration agreement with the company "Eurofirms People First".
The Councilor for Economic Development, Inmaculada Blázquez and its technicians, have recently held a coordination meeting with the young totanero Adrián Murcia, an employee of the company "Eurofirms People First".
The municipal officials have learned about the Eurofirms Foundation project for the labor integration of people with different abilities, whether with disabilities or at risk of exclusion.
Eurofirms has been working for the socio-labor integration of these groups for more than ten years, and that is why the Department of Economic Development of the City of Totana, aware of this socio-labor issue, sees it as positive to be able to formalize an agreement with this entity, and in this way work issues of promotion, dissemination, business awareness, training and employment.
On the other hand, the possibility of collaborating in the proactivation of candidacies has been raised, that is, in the possibility of making preselections of candidates from the municipal employment exchanges with the aim of having available a series of candidates that meet the futures profile job vacancies.
To this end, Eurofirms will continuously inform the Department of its possible job offers that are usually managed by municipalities such as Lorca, Librilla, Alhama and Totana, as these are the closest and accessible to users who are part of the job boards of this municipal department.
