The Department of Sports launched on Wednesday, October 2, the Gymnastics Program for the Elderly, both in Totana and in the hamlet of Paretón, where the Councilor for Sports Agustín Gonzalo Martínez Hernández was present on this first day of activity.
In the case of Totana, the activity takes place in the Municipal Center for the Elderly, for two days a week, specifically, on Wednesdays and Fridays, between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Registration for this activity must be made in this same center.
And in the district of El Paretón, the activity is taught on Mondays and Wednesdays, also between 5.30 pm and 6.30 pm, in the Municipal Center for the Elderly of the district.
In the program held in this district, the Department of Sports has the collaboration of the Dance School of Chari Ruíz.
Registrations are also processed in the same center where the activity takes place.
