The Local Government Board has approved the proposal of the council of Finance and Contracting, Ana María Cánovas, to start the file to hire the demolition of the building located in the Paseo de las Ollerías and Rambla de La Santa, whose maximum cost total amounts to 17,182 euros.
In addition, it has given the green light to the list of legal and economic-administrative clauses that must govern the bidding and awarding of this contract.
The Mayor's Office already issued a resolution in October 2017 ordering the subsidiary execution of the demolition works of the abandoned building, owned by the company "Pomociones Archivel, SL", whose state of ruin was already declared in January of that same year, as well as the clearing and cleaning of the land affected by the demolition and fencing of the resulting site.
