The School Room hosted on Saturday November 10 Local School Sports Badminton Phase, organized by the Department of Sports of the City of Totana and Badminton Totana Club, which involved a total of 55 school children from different schools the locality, pertaining to the categories benjamín, alevín and cadet, in the modality of mixed teams.
Regarding the final results, in the youngest and youngest category, the Reina Sofía School won the first place;
while in the cadet category, the IES Prado Mayor was the champion.
The competition concluded with the delivery of trophies and medals to the three best classified teams, which were attended by the Councilor for Sports of the City of Totana, Isabel María López Molino, and the general director of Attention to Diversity of the Ministry of Education , Francisco Martínez Casanova.
In addition, the champions of each of the categories will have the opportunity to participate in the Regional South Zone Badminton School Sports Day, which will take place precisely in Totana on January 26, specifically in the Municipal Sports Pavilion "Manolo Ibáñez "
