The Department of Culture presented last night, in the municipal exhibition room "Gregorio Cebrián", the magazine "Totana City. 1918", in facsimile edition, on the occasion of the program of cultural and social events organized to mark the Centennial of the City 1918- 2018
This initiative is part of more than a dozen varied activities that make up the program of cultural and social events scheduled by this Council to culminate the last quarter of the Centennial of the City, which is held until December this year to commemorate this anniversary .
The act was presented by the mayor, Andrés García, the councilor for Culture, Eulalia Moreno, and the coordinator of the Centennial program of the city, the chronicler and historian Juan Cánovas Mulero.
In the same, in which gathered numerous public, attended numerous representatives of the municipal Corporation and of the business, cultural and social life of the municipality.
Currently and until October 28, the exhibition "Totana, in centesimo anno suo (1918-2018)" also remains open, a journey through the creative identity of some of its notable architects, also in the municipal hall "Gregorio Cebrián" .

In addition, on Thursday October 18 (8:30 pm) there will be a round table entitled "The arrival of the transfer to Totana: Finally water!", Which will take place at the headquarters of the Community of Irrigators of Totana.

The program continues on Wednesday, October 24 (8:30 pm) with the conference "Urban Evolution of Totana in the mid-twentieth century" by Mariola López Lorca and Antonio Campos Cánovas, in the municipal exhibition hall "Gregorio Cebrián".
The month of October will conclude with the presentation, on the 28th, of the Cuadernillo about the Municipal Cemetery "Nuestra Señora del Carmen" (12:00 hours), in the chapel itself, whose author has been the historian and chronicler Juan Cánovas Mulero .
