The Local Government Board has approved to initiate, at the proposal of the Councilor for Finance and Hiring, Ana María Cánovas, the file for the contracting of the rehabilitation works of the "Ginés Rosa" Theater of the Sociocultural Center "La Cárcel", and to process the contract referred by simplified open procedure.
The amount of the works, whose project has been drafted by the municipal architect, amounts to 244,072.81 euros, of which the Autonomous Community finances 214,662 and the City of Totana the remaining 29,410.81 euros.
The actions are undertaken by virtue of the direct subsidy granted to the City Council by the General Direction of Local Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, included in the Plan of Cooperation to the Works and Services of the Municipal Competition (POS) corresponding to annuities 2018/19.
This project will be carried out considering that the Consistory, in order to manage its interests and within the scope of its competences, should contribute to satisfy the needs and aspirations of the neighborhood community, as well as to promote the promotion of cultural and cultural facilities. , being necessary that the premises are in optimal conditions of use.
