The Collective THE CANDIL been developing since 2007 a project called "WORK, A step towards the employability" whose objectives are to support people unemployed in the labor market schedule.

Framed in this project has developed four training courses in different companies of the town of Totana.

The completion of this training, where 22 people participated, aims to facilitate closer to the labor of people who have previously participated in other training courses, workshops such as social skills and techniques of active job search, also conducted in the project WORK.

In addition to learning about the reality of companies, training companies looking to qualify men and women with difficulties of a socio in an occupation consistent with their professional goals.

To this end, training is very practical, although it includes theoretical.

The companies collaborating with the project that have provided training, both theoretical and practical are: Aesthetics Toni Casanova - training in Aesthetics - Murcia Painters - Painting building training - AMG Integrated Services - training in care and elder care - and Azor Restoration - Hospitality training.

The assessment made by these companies is very positive, like meeting the people involved in it.

The success of these training processes is that the participant has direct experience of working in the company and know the qualities valued by the business, while exercising the basic skills related to the performance of a job.

All these influences to improve their chances of integration and their employability.

In the coming months, the project will continue its task LABOR accompanying the insertion of unemployed people by conducting workshops and other courses.
