The security and cleaning device, comprising about 40 personnel, responsible for the proper development of the parades of Carnival 2009 "will be held next weekend, on days 20 and 21 February.
The Councillor for Citizen Security, Roque Molina, informed of the safety and emergency plan parade planned to develop normally, and which agreements were adopted at the last local board of public safety.
The safety device shall be composed of more than 30 personnel, will be made by Local Police (12) and Civil Defence volunteers (about 20).
On the other hand, Councilman Comprehensive Maintenance Services and the City, Sergio López, explained that the cleaning device will consist of 6 cleaning workers and a manager, and two sweepers with two blowers, a pawn of manual scavenging and a scanning pawn monitored, who will go after the parade passing by cleaning the streets.
Also, the town's main roads remain closed to traffic from 16:00 hours in the afternoon, pending the processions, (until 20:30 hours).
The itinerary is the same as last year, so that the parade will depart from the former Institute to Lorca Avenue, crossing Calle Sol, Plaza de la Constitucion, San Antonio Puente and Calle San Francisco de Asis, ending the tour in the showground.
