The second would resume negotiations on the General Plan to eliminate any suspicions of corruption, allowing immediate approval by the Autonomous Community.

The third would be to conduct an audit of three experts appointed by each of the groups, so that we know all the council members, providers and citizens, the real economic situation of the City.

Only through a comprehensive knowledge, thorough and real can cope effectively and without partisan bias, we can negotiate the refinancing of bank debt and settle the debt with suppliers.

This audit will allow us to know for sure that the economic situation is the Ayuntamiento, and which path to take to find solutions for the future.

The fourth step is that after the audit is performed must be established urgently Economic Viability Plan Town Hall.

This plan will establish the necessary measures to bring the expenditure to revenue agreements with the Regional and National Administration for extra income to help overcome the current situation, and especially to bring rationality to the disastrous economic management of our City Hall.

The fifth measure would produce a Municipal Investment Plan for four years.

This plan will be negotiated and financed by the Autonomous Community and the State Administration, the objective of this plan is not to hinder the development of infrastructure investments in Totana, fleeing the improvisation.

And the sixth would be to negotiate together with the social and economic municipality Economic Recovery Plan.

This plan should be a useful tool to diversify our economy, create jobs and wealth. "

Usero Martinez stressed that "previous agreements would be valid for the current term and would be the necessary framework for rigorous and necessary action without any partisan or electoral use.
