Local Government Board, at its last meeting agreed to approve the Cooperation Agreement between the city of Totana and the Association of Artisans of Totana, amounting to 7,000 euros, to implement whatever actions are necessary to facilitate the promotion and development of the crafts sector in the town of Totana.
This initiative presented by the Crafts Council Member, Maria Isabel Sanchez Ruiz, highlights the interest of the City Council in the development and promotion of initiatives and actions for the promotion, development and enhancement of quality and maintenance of the crafts sector, and turn serve as activators of the town's economy.
Through this agreement, both organizations will collaborate on joint implementation of measures to enable the development of the crafts sector and in turn serve as activators of the economy of our town.
One of the resolutions adopted in this agreement is the commitment of Asarta to perform various actions, and among them highlights the assistance and participation in fairs, campaigns promoting the craft of Totana Murcia and organization training activities aimed at recycling crafts sector.
