The Department of Culture and Trade report that today, December 15, the deadline for businesses wishing to participate in the First Christmas Window Dressing Competition organized by the city of Totana.
The objective of this initiative is to contribute to boosting economic and social life encouraging a more attractive with the Christmas decorations in stores environment.
The deadline for registration to participate in this contest will be open until today and interested parties must submit the registration in the Municipal Register of the City Council.
A jury composed of the mayors of Culture and Commerce, along with two or three other people who are knowledgeable of decoration and window dressing, will be responsible for assessing the windows of registered establishments, for two visits will take place between 21 and December 22.
The winner will receive a prize of 100 euros, a symbolic amount, said the mayor of Culture, as the purpose of this call is simply to promote creativity traders when submitting its stores and products during the upcoming holiday season so that more attractive to neighbors and customers, while helping to create a special festive atmosphere
The award ceremony will take place on December 23 at 19:00 in the establishment who wins
