The socialist candidate said that one of the groups most neglected in recent years have been disabled.
He said that in the next term must be recovered policies for the inclusion of these groups to advance towards equality.
He added that people with all types of disabilities have the same rights and duties and the obligation of governments is that no one feels excluded neighbor.
He recalled that at one time was very strong associations fought for the disabled and municipal policies for inclusion and removing any barriers.
According to Andres Garcia, the PP was gradually taking away the limelight from these associations to get rid of any of them and eliminating the municipal policies of inclusion.
He pledged to revive associations that have been working in favor of the socio-labor inclusion of disabled people.
