On Saturday April 25 it was held at the sports center "December 6" Phase Local Athletics School Sports, organized by the Department of Sports City of Totana, which had the participation of 110 students from different schools teaching of the town, belonging to the juvenile, infant, cadet and youth categories, both male category and female, who had the opportunity to compete in various sports disciplines as high jump, long jump, shot put, speed and resistance.
The event concluded with the presentation of trophies to the top three finishers in each category, by the Mayor of the City of Totana, Isabel Maria Sanchez Ruiz, and the Councillor for Sports, Bartholomew Pallares Perez.
The final winners in different categories were: Pedro Jose Lopez Lopez (Tierno Galvan) in male juvenile;
Paula Garcia Martinez (Reina Sofia) in juvenile female;
Sergio Carrasco Muñoz (Reina Sofia) in male infant;
Cindy Ceron Amaguaya (Juan de la Cierva) in female children;
José Luis mainato Alulema (Reina Sofia) in male cadet;
Aledo Silvia Martinez (La Milagrosa) in female cadet;
and Antonio Sanchez Martinez (Reina Sofia) in male juvenile.
Finally, better education centers classified in the local phase, will have the opportunity to participate in the Regional Final Athletics School Sports, organized by the Directorate General of Youth and Sports of the Region of Murcia, the next 22 and 23 May in Lorca.
