Vicenta Legaz, before the next call for elections for the Board of the Municipal Senior Center is planned, according to the statutes of the Centre after the inauguration of the new administration takes place after the municipal elections, expressed his intention not to stand as a candidate for the leadership of Senior Center Balsa Vieja de Totana plaza.
Legaz said that "after 7 years performing these functions is time for someone else to win and take my release new energy to promote and improve the work in this both seniors deserve the municipality"
In this sense, Vicentina wanted to thank the members of the current management team commitment and vitality as well as their support and partnership in the development of these management functions without which "would have been possible to perform my tasks".
Moreover he wanted to signify the appreciation and understanding shown by most members of the Senior Center who says "I will never forget"
We must remember that during the term of Vicentina Legaz and other components of the management team at the Municipal Center Senior Totana has increased the number of members of that service.
Similarly, there have been many leisure activities and free time, like newspapers trips are organized from the Board: visits to the beach in summer, great trips throughout Spain, the excursions, among many other initiatives.
Also they are to emphasize the continuity throughout the years of efforts to users as family lottery and dancing on Sundays, a delight to the partners of the Center, as well as new services and activities weekly offer : Computers, Crafts, Workshops Memory, Guitar, Literacy, Ballroom Dancing, Gymnastics Health, among others.
