Totana City Council has taken up the execution of the works in the Multipurpose Room of the hamlet of El Paretón-Cantareros, who had stalled over a year and a half due to budgetary problems.
The infrastructure is located nearest to the services where the Senior Center, the Medical Center and the Social Center "Juana Serrano, of the hamlet.
The site has an area of ​​about 600 square meters and includes 50,000 euros of budget completion of the infrastructure that the company is undertaking "Gomez Brothers".
The total budget for this project, which began to be undertaken in the previous term, amounted to 462,726 euros.
It has a large open room multipurpose, with an area of ​​490 square meters and two toilets, a store and a cafe, respectively.
In addition, the building has a capacity to accommodate 500 people standing or 300 people seated installing a stage.
The mayor, Isabel Maria Sánchez, visited the site accompanied by councilors Maria Josefa Sanchez, Francisco Hernandez and Maria Jose Bedia, along with representatives of the Neighborhood Association, in order to know the status of the same.
