The Foundation The Saint of Totana and Popular Culture Council recalls that the deadline to participate in the photo contest on the figure of Santa Eulalia and its festivities, remains open until February 1, 2013.
The competition can withdraw the stakeholders in Sociocultural Center "Jail" or the Tourist Office, and will award a first prize of 130 euros and three accesits 90 euros worth of camera equipment, respectively.
Each author may submit up to three photographs and their size is 20x30 inches minimum and digital format is JPG or TIF and preferably from 8 megapixels.
Photographs must be submitted mounted on a rigid-foam board or similar without glass-and prepared to present, including the hanging loop.
Contest will be disqualified from all those works that do not meet the mounting requirements, and also be provided CD or DVD containing the above files.
Also must be entered behind the bracket, the title and the digital media titles of the photographs and a text file with the author's data.
The works submitted must be original and unpublished and not awarded in any other contest.
Participants must submit a duly completed application form, photocopy of ID, the photographs provided to compete, on the back contain the title of the book, CD / DVD containing the digital files and the titles of the works included , along with the registration form will be submitted in a sealed envelope the rest of the documentation.
The envelope shall contain the / the titles of the works and the inscription "Photo Contest Santa Eulalia'2012 parties".
The jury will be composed of two persons known in the art, two members of the Board of Trustees The Holy and chaired by the President of the Foundation La Santa or his delegate.
Participants grant reproduction rights of the winning works at the Foundation's Santa, and can be used for possible publication.
