Work begins on the remodeling of the sidewalks of Avenida Rambla de la Santa, included in the Plan works and services funded by the Autonomous Region 2011.
These works, which are being implemented by the Commercial Asphalt Pavements Lario for a budget of close to 20,000, provide for the refurbishment of the entire sidewalk left side of the Rambla de Santa from the long weekend to the street Calvo Sotelo.
Councilwoman Comprehensive Maintenance of the City, Maria Jose Bedia, explained that these arrangements are being implemented because this action is funded by the Autonomous Community.
Specifically, it will demolish the existing sidewalk will run a new order to bring the curb to existing pavement.
It also will pave the road to leave the street in the best conditions for the road.
The works will also affect the location of various positions in the weekly market on the 18th, July 25th and August 8th at least as it is estimated that the duration of the works not exceed one month.
The works are to be taken in two tranches.
The first bridge between the Santa Rita and the intersection of Avenida Rambla de la Calle Santa with Uvica, affecting a total of 18 posts.
For two weeks the previous posts have a temporary location on Avenida Rambla de la Santa (left side) from the C / Bridge (corner Druni) to Blacksmith Bridge.
Once the first section, the affected positions will return to their usual location and be available for the second tranche of works between Uvica Street and Calle Calvo Sotelo, which in turn will affect 16 posts.
During the course of works, these posts will have the same location as the previous provisional (from the C / Bridge to Bridge Blacksmith).
