The Municipal School of Music in Totana has closed the 2010/11 academic year with the completion of several summer auditions held in the Auditorium of the Municipal Park "Marcos Ortiz" by students of different educational levels of the center.
During the ceremony took place several auditions students from the three levels of initiation and musical language of 6, 7 and 8 years, so they played several songs or flute, and later, several groups performed together in Havana and boleros.
The celebration of this event, which gathered, respectively, a large number of students, teachers and fans totaneros to music in general, was directed by the Municipal School of Music, Ceferino Ayala.
The event was also attended by the mayor, Isabel Maria Sanchez and Councilman Alfonso Cayuela, who were accompanied by the President of the Association r Musical, Juan Carrion Tudela, and other members of its board, respectively.
Sanchez stressed the educational work done by this institution among children and young people of Totana to boost the musical tradition and education so that music plays in this town, and signed their support for the musical group by the City as has been done by of all corporations.

Moreover, instruments auditions will begin from next week in the theater of the Music School of Socio-Cultural Center "Jail" on Monday, 20, of guitrarra, and Wednesday, day 22, the piano .
The remaining instruments will be held later this month of January also in the theater of "Jail" at a date that is yet to clarify, according to sources from the Department of Education.
