The councilman of Consumption, María Isabel Sánchez Ruíz, has indicated that as every year, takes the opportunity to "get the OMIC to the street" taking direct contact with consumers outside of the attention we do, on demand, in-house office.

Furthermore, it takes the opportunity to approach the consumer issues such as supplies, warranties, repairs, procedures of inquiries, complaints and complaints, consumer fraud, among other things.
